AYB Body: HIIT EXPRESS for those who are a bit short on time. But don't be fooled, we'll still give you the same amount of intensity as a regular, longer session!

This AYB Body workout focuses on full body conditioning by targeting different muscle groups.

What to expect:

Get ready for biceps curls, triceps kickbacks, squat presses, lunges, glute bridges. This is a body conditioning class so we’ll be using mats and dumbbells and keeping with that AYB flavour, a HIIT section full of dance inspired fitness elements!
